90-Day Challenge

I have been asked to give some more information since I posted about my new challenge. It is a 90-Day challenge to get fit and healthy. You can loose weight, gain muscle, get free product, and even earn a good amount of income and a new BMW. So here is how it works.

To loose weight you substitute 2 meals a day with this shake. It isn't like all the others. IT is very healthy and taste great. You add two rounded scoops of V-shape (shake mix) into milk, silk, or almond milk and blend with ice. You can add fruit, peanut butter, or other stuff for flavor. You can even add it to juice like orange juice. Some people have lost weight and don't even exercise. They just do their normal daily routine.   3. Do you eat enough fiber each day?

  5. Do you get low fat protein at each meal, each day?
  6. Do you have good energy throughout the day?
  7. Do you have regular waste elimination?
  8. Is your immune system being supported?
  9. Do you eat to support a healthy heart? 
  10. Do you exercise at least 3 times a week, 30 minutes each time?
  11. Do you drink enough fluids each day?
  12. Are you at your desired weight?
  13. Do you know your target Body Mass Index (BMI)?
  14. Are you happy with your current physique?
